Qigong Exercises: Creating Health and Happiness

Our capability to adapt plays a huge part in whether we have the ability to live an usually delighted and also stress-free life. I understand that I'm absolutely not the 1st one to figure it out, yet I feel each of us needs to figure it out in their own method and also time. For me it was my Qigong exercises that carefully generated the awareness.

Science has proven that people naturally have various degrees of serotonin, so some may find it much simpler than others to continually remain happy even during challenging times. We have all come across individuals that seem to elevate each person around them, and their counter-parts that have an astounding capability to bring every person down. Most of us exist somewhere in the center. So the question emerges on whether we can strengthen our total degree of joy. I certainly feel this is attainable, and I would also want to discuss precisely how a solid practice of Qigong activities can easily encourage in this venture.

Qigong practice to me pertains to enhancing awareness and also being more at peace with ourselves as well as the world around us. When you reach a high degree of practice, Qigong seems to be included with every facet of life. This is something that takes place naturally over time and is the result of forming a really good and also regular method of practice.

When I speak of Qigong being incorporated into life, I am describing every action coming to be even more enlightening. I have actually heard one instructor explain it as "simple and easy flow" and this is an excellent way of describing it I believe. The idea is to be like water which can easily adjust to any type of scenario. Bruce Lee had a well-known quote pertaining to resembling water, and it applies whether we are speaking about power for martial crafts or power for life.

"Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." - Bruce Lee

Be Like Water

When you become more like water you suddenly stop feeling like everything takes a great deal of effort to achieve.  This is because you are adapting effortlessly to your environment.  You don't worry as much about the future and you fret less over the past.  This is because you are living more in the moment.  Most people do not live in the moment, and that is more true now than at any other point in history.

To be more like water and achieve an effortless flow it is necessary to slow down.  With all the distractions surrounding us our monkey minds are having a field day, but the joke is on us.  With our minds racing along in many directions at once we can never truly enjoy what we are doing at that exact moment.

My assistance is to quit. Cease and also take 3-5 relaxed breaths while concentrating on the lower belly. Slowly take a look around you. Simple Qigong exercises such as this might make you realize that you were a lot more distracted than you thought. It has a means of snapping you back in to the present moment. The ticket is to do this every time you know that your mind is distracted or you are becoming stressed out.

Set a filter in your head to catch when you are becoming distracted or burnt out and over time you will certainly increase your level of joy and lower your tension. This is an extremely easy yet effective way to begin incorporating Qigong exercises out into your life.
